Orlando, Florida - While the Powerball jackpot continues to rise, with an impressive $835 million up for grabs after Monday night's drawing yielded no jackpot winner, three lucky tickets in Central Florida came remarkably close.
The Florida Lottery reported that two tickets sold in Osceola County and one in Lake County successfully matched all five numbers, securing the second-tier prize of $1 million. To claim the jackpot, players needed to match the Powerball number as well.
Here are the winning numbers from Monday's drawing: 10, 12, 22, 36, 50, with the Powerball number being 4 and a Power Play of 2x.
